Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry.
• Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that match client preferences and current trends.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Upsell retail products like nail care items, skincare products, or enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Follow all salon safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or Nail license.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices including disinfection procedures for tools and workspaces.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals.
• Familiarity with color theory, nail care techniques, and current trends in nail art.
• Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
