At Diamond Nail Co, we don’t just build nail techs — we build professionals.

We’re looking for a passionate, licensed new graduate who’s ready to start from the ground up — learning every part of the salon experience, from greeting clients to mastering manicures.

You’ll begin by assisting at the front desk, helping with scheduling, client check-ins, and product organization. This lets you learn how a high-end salon actually runs — how to communicate with clients, manage timing, and maintain the luxury experience Diamond is known for.

From there, you’ll move into hands-on service training, building your skills in natural nail care, pedicures, and structured manicures — all with direct mentorship from our senior technicians.

This is not a “busy work” role — it’s a launchpad for your career.
