Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylic and gel nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and creativity
• Deliver professional skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, esthetic laser therapy, and eyelash extensions to enhance client satisfaction
• Apply hair extensions, style hair, and execute hair threading to meet diverse client needs
• Follow salon safety protocols by maintaining sanitation standards and disinfection procedures for tools and workspaces
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care and beauty options, and upsell retail products confidently
• Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color theory and nail art techniques to create customized designs
• Proficiency in nail extensions, acrylic application, gel manicures, and disinfection procedures
• Experience with salon safety protocols and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Skilled in retail sales techniques including retail math and upselling to enhance client experience and salon revenue
• Familiarity with esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and barbering is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
• Strong communication skills coupled with experience working in the beauty industry are essential for success in this role

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
