NAM Correctives Field Leader - WIND

For our client, we are seeking a NAM Correctives Field Leader - WIND to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,200 – $173,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly field teams in executing major component upgrades and blade repairs
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and customer commitments during field work
• Provide operational leadership to drive execution pace and crew effectiveness
• Support resource allocation and address operational issues to ensure timely execution
• Equip field teams with necessary resources and support for effective execution
• Take ownership of safety leadership and compliance among field teams
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across field operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 7+ years of experience in wind services or field operations
• Willingness to travel 50%+ in North America
• Valid driver's license required
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
