Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children throughout the day, ensuring their safety at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap schedules
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care
• Perform light household tasks related to childcare, including cleaning up after children and maintaining a tidy play area
• Offer transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings using personal transportation when needed

Skills

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and toddlers
• Strong background in childcare with private home or daycare experience preferred
• Knowledge of child development milestones and age-appropriate activities
• Certified in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies
• Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs
• Skilled in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents and caregivers effectively
• Capable of performing residential housekeeping tasks related to childcare duties
• Experience babysitting or nannying multiple children simultaneously is highly desirable
• Personal transportation assistance skills to safely transport children when necessary
