Nanny

About the role

You will provide attentive care in a workplace setting, ensuring the children's safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines, including meals, rest, toileting and personal care.
• Planning age-appropriate play and activities that encourage learning, development and curiosity.
• Keeping the children engaged while meeting their individual needs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised care environment.
• Communicating with the parents about the children's day, routines and needs.
• Transporting children to and from school and extracurricular activities.

About you

• Experience in at least three previous full-time nanny roles caring for young children over extended periods.
• Place the highest priority on children's safety and wellbeing.
• Be nurturing, attentive and responsive to each child's needs.
• Enjoy engaging with children and supporting their development.
• Be reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, considerate manner.
• Be a non-smoker.
• Current driver's licence, Working with Children Check, first aid and CPR certification relevant to young children, and contactable references from previous nanny roles are required.
