Nanny

We have a wonderful long-term, live-in nanny opportunity in Los Angeles, California, for someone looking to build a meaningful relationship with a family and become a trusted, consistent presence in their home!

The family is seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to help care for a sweet, easygoing 4-month-old baby boy. Mom is very hands-on and hopes to find someone who can work alongside her to provide consistent, loving care while also offering support with daily routines. Extensive infant experience, flexibility, and strong communication skills are especially important! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys infant care and is looking for a long-term position with a family that values mutual respect, wellness, and open communication.

Position Details:

Location: Pacific Palisades, CA Schedule:Flexible schedule with early mornings, occasional evenings, and overnight infant care on scheduled working days. Weekly hours and days off to be determined. Pay:$1,500–$2,000/week, depending on experience and qualifications Start: TBD/Flexible Children: 4 month old babyResponsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for an infant, including feeding, naps, and developmental activities
• Supporting healthy sleep routines and assisting with overnight wake-ups on scheduled working days
• Helping with early morning routines and providing childcare coverage during Mom's work commitments
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and loving environment
• Assisting with light household tasks such as dishes, tidying, and taking out the trash
• Working collaboratively with Mom to maintain consistency while respecting her hands-on parenting approach
• Remaining flexible as the baby's needs and the family's schedule evolve

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong newborn and infant care experience is a must!
• Comfortable with a live-in arrangement and flexible scheduling
• Proactive, dependable, nurturing, and an excellent communicator
• Interested in a long-term position and building a strong relationship with the family
• Open to relocating with the family to Orange County in the future
