Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a private home setting. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized care for children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and fun.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences, ensuring healthy eating habits are encouraged.
• Assist with preschool routines, including educational activities, playtime, nap schedules, and social interaction to support developmental milestones.
• Support children with disabilities or special needs by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and working closely with families or specialists as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as tidying up toys, laundry related to children’s needs, and light cleaning duties.
• Provide personal transportation assistance for children’s appointments or outings using safe driving practices.
• Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols diligently to ensure the children’s health is protected at all times.
• Engage in caregiving duties that foster emotional security, independence, and positive behavior management.
• Collaborate with parents or guardians regularly to communicate about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns related to the children's care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in a nannying or childcare capacity within private homes or daycare settings.
• Demonstrated ability to care for multiple children simultaneously with patience and attentiveness.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
• Valid certifications in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations; ongoing training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infant care, toddler development, preschool activities, and childcare best practices.
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks such as residential housekeeping related to childcare duties.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members.
• Reliable personal transportation assistance skills for school runs or appointments when required.
