Nanny/Housekeeper

Nanny and Household Assistant,

We’re looking for a caring, reliable female nanny to care for our children, ages 11 and 15, and help maintain a comfortable, well-organized home.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and spend time with the children, supporting their after-school routines and activities
• Help with homework as needed
• Pick up the children from school and drive them to activities
• Drive to pick up groceries and run occasional household errands
• Prepare family meals and snacks
• Handle regular household care, including cleaning, tidying, and laundry
• Keep shared spaces and the kitchen clean and organized
• Communicate with parents about the children’s day and household needs

We’re looking for someone who is

• Warm, dependable, patient, and organized
• Experienced with school-aged children or teenagers
• A confident, safe driver with a valid driver’s licence
• Comfortable with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and errands
• A clear communicator with good judgment
• Able to provide references
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification, if possible

Schedule and details

• 4 days per week 10 am - 6pm
• Alternating (Monday to Thursday and Tuesdays to Fridays) -
• Schedule to be finalized each month.

Pay: $18.25-$32.98 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week

• Burnaby, BC V5C 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Nanny/Home Care: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

• Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CPR Certification (preferred)
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
