We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member who takes pride in quality service and represents NAPA with professionalism.

What You’ll Do

· Assist customers with automotive parts questions and needs, in person and by phone.

· Process cash and other purchase transactions accurately.

· Use electronic and paper catalog systems to locate current parts information.

· Clearly explain product features, benefits, and warranty information.

· Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and a professional appearance at all times.

What We’re Looking For

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Automotive experience or parts knowledge preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays.

· Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
