Job Responsibilities

• Arrive 15 minutes before all sports when assigned
• Wear appropriate uniform as required to support your position as a referee
• Make calls that are consistent and correct with the laws of your Sport
• Hustle to keep a good position and make appropriate calls on the field
• Must attend on-field training for your Sport
• Communicate with your assignor, coaches, players, and co-workers.
• Manage the game as an official.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, and parents
• Ability to manage conflicts and maintain a positive environment during games
• No prior refereeing experience is required; training will be provided
• A passion for sports, particularly soccer, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
