NAPS Onboarding Executive Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end NAPS apprentice onboarding and registration.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Complete NAPS portal registration and contract generation.
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, HR and clients for joining.
- Track pending registrations, contracts and joining status.
- Maintain daily MIS and onboarding reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and NAPS compliance.
- Resolve onboarding-related queries and discrepancies.
