  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on logistics operations, 3PL management, transportation, warehousing, or procurement, preferably within FMCG or other high-volume distribution environments.
  • Proven track record in managing 3PL partners, including contract management, sourcing and tender processes, contract renewals, SLA/KPI governance, performance reviews, and corrective action management.
  • Hands-on experience in logistics network planning, capacity management, operational readiness, peak-season planning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Logistics Operations, Procurement, Finance, Property, Resource Planning, Route-to-Market (RTM), and external logistics providers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, 3PL governance, contract management, service-level management, operational standards, compliance requirements, and risk management.
