The Company
Our client is a leading national organisation with operations spanning Australia and New Zealand. Recognised for its commitment to customer service, operational excellence and strong workplace culture, the business supports a diverse customer base through an extensive network and collaborative service model.
With a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships, the organisation prides itself on delivering responsive solutions, maintaining high service standards and empowering employees to make a genuine impact. Due to a temporary resourcing requirement, an opportunity now exists for a National Account Coordinator to join the team.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time Monday to Friday position within a busy National Account Service team, acting as the primary point of contact for designated customers and supporting Account Managers with customer service and administration activities.
You will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, processing requests, preparing quotations, managing order requirements and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.
The role offers flexibility around start and finish times and, following the completion of initial onboarding and training, the opportunity to work from home several days per week.
About You
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional with the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in customer service, sales administration, account coordination or business administration
- Previous experience working within a B2B environment
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving capability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet or similar business systems
- A professional, collaborative and team-oriented approach.
A Certificate IV in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
Why This Role
This opportunity offers an immediate start with a respected national organisation, a supportive team environment and genuine flexibility.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $42 per hour plus superannuation, you'll enjoy full-time hours, flexible working arrangements and the ability to work from home following training.
If you enjoy building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting national customers within a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
