National Business Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Growth & Strategic Analysis

• Provide business analysis and evaluation to support business development and company growth.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategies for sustainable growth.

2. Sales & Commercial Development

• Work closely with the Sales Team to develop and implement consumer activations that drive revenue growth.
• Support execution of strategic plans across key regions.

3. New Area & Distribution Expansion

• Explore and evaluate potential new geographical markets across Indonesia.
• Identify and develop new distributor partnerships.

4. New Channel & Partnership Development

• Develop business opportunities in new channels, including F&B, Food Service, Entertainment, and other potential channels.
• Build strategic partnerships to create incremental revenue.

5. Market & Field Engagement

• Conduct regular market visits and business trips to evaluate opportunities and execution in the field.
• Translate market insights into actionable business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in FMCG industry, preferably Food & Beverage.
2. Strong experience in Business Development.
3. Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, new markets, channels, and distributors.
4. Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
5. Willing to travel for business trips to various areas in Indonesia.
6. Mandatory: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
7. Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with Sales and other departments.
