National Operations Manager - Therapy Services (OT/Speech)

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of your team, workforce capacity, service delivery and day-to-day performance.

You’ll work in partnership with our Clinical Team Leaders, with clear accountability: you lead people and operational performance, while they lead clinical supervision, coaching and practice.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop your people: Build an engaged, accountable and high-performing team.
• Drive operational performance: Manage productivity, utilisation, caseloads and service delivery.
• Manage workforce capacity: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, leave and resource planning.
• Lead people performance: Manage probation, development, performance improvement and career progression.
• Champion the participant experience: Ensure responsive, consistent and high-quality service.

We’re looking for a confident leader who brings together people, performance and purpose. You’ll be comfortable leading teams, driving accountability, using data to make decisions and balancing participant outcomes with sustainable business performance.

Relevant professional qualifications and registration are required, along with applicable NDIS and employment checks.
