About the Role

As our National Pool Service Training Manager, you’ll be the trusted go-to for all things pool care, from supporting operators with training, technical advice and mentoring, to rolling out service innovations that lift customer experience, service standards and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national training and onboarding programs
• Train and coach store teams and pool technicians across Australia
• Deliver expert support and troubleshooting for Pool Technicians in the field
• Drive service consistency, compliance, and customer experience standards
• Provide insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for growth

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pool industry (technician background essential)
• Deep technical knowledge of pool equipment, servicing, and water treatment
• Strong training and coaching skills with ability to influence performance
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently in the field
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
