National Pricing Associate (Silay)

Under the direct supervision of the Line Leader, the National Pricing Associate is responsible for accomplishing data entry tasks in accordance with the client's quality requirements and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Key-in accurately pertinent information of an order into the client-supplied application in accordance with the given project specifications.
• Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field or order.
• Identify partner needs, prioritize requests based on urgency, collaborate with State contacts to ensure data accuracy, and prepare product availability reports for multi-site transactions.
• Attends project orientation, job-related training, or company-initiated training and applies the learnings to effectively perform their tasks.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years of college.
• At least one (1) year of experience with title or escrow processes.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• At least 1 year of relevant BPO experience is a plus.
