Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, manage, and develop the U.S. sales organization and/or independent sales representatives.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations by salesperson, territory, channel, and account.
  • Build a culture of accountability, speed, collaboration, and measurable performance.
  • Support and coach the sales team in developing and closing strategic opportunities.

  • Visit customers, distributors, showrooms, architects, designers, and project sites throughout the U.S.
  • Support the sales team directly in the field and participate in important customer meetings.
  • Personally follow up on strategic accounts and projects.
