And can you confidently open doors, build relationships and win business ?

We’re hiring a National Sales Manager to help drive commercial growth across the UK.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on building pipeline, developing commercial relationships and winning national, regional and local drainage accounts.

💧 You’ll be working across:

• CCTV surveys
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Reactive & emergency drainage
• Drain repairs & jetting
• Pumps and wider commercial drainage services

🏢 Your target customers will include FM companies, housing associations, property managers, contractors and multi-site commercial organisations .

👀 What we’re looking for

✅ Direct drainage-sector sales experience

✅ A strong record of winning and retaining commercial accounts

✅ Proven new-business / hunter mentality

✅ Experience building your own pipeline

✅ Confidence with proposals, quotations and tenders

✅ National or key-account exposure would be a big plus

✅ Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling nationally

The key word here is drainage . We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands the sector and can show evidence of selling services such as CCTV, PPM and reactive drainage, not just generic FM or construction sales.
