National Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and drive nationwide growth for our flour milling business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep understanding of the FMCG/food manufacturing distribution landscape, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.​

QUALIFICATIONS:​

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)​
• At least 6–10 years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a national/senior sales management role​
• Experience in baking, food manufacturing, FMCG, or related distribution industries strongly preferred​
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a nationwide sales team​
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills​
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities​
• Strong knowledge of credit and collection processes​
• Willing to travel extensively across the Philippines​
• Excellent communication skills​
• Amenable to work onsite at Pasig City​

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
