National Sales Representative- Construction Products

Their patented technology is helping builders deliver projects faster, reduce labour costs, improve site efficiencies and provide a smarter alternative to traditional construction methods. With continued growth across Australia, they're now looking to appoint a Queensland Sales Representative to help expand their presence across the state.

The Position

Based in Brisbane, you'll split your time between the office and the road, managing the Queensland territory.

You'll inherit all inbound enquiries across Queensland, receive prospecting lists and existing customers to develop, while also being expected to proactively generate new business and build your own pipeline.

This is a genuine relationship-based role where you'll:

• Visit builders and construction sites across Queensland
• Build long-term relationships with builders, developers and contractors
• Demonstrate products and provide practical installation advice
• Train clients on product installation and best practice
• Follow up enquiries and quotations
• Grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities
• Manage your territory with a high level of autonomy

The Person:

We're much more interested in your construction knowledge and ability to build relationships than whether you've spent years in sales.

You might be:

• A former builder looking for a new challenge
• A foreman or leading hand ready to get off the tools
• Someone from construction product sales
• A construction professional who enjoys dealing with people and solving problems

You'll also have:

• A strong understanding of residential or commercial construction
• The confidence to walk onto a building site and build rapport with builders and trades
• Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills
• A self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously
• A genuine passion for helping customers achieve better project outcomes
