National Training Supervisor

1. Training planning and implementation

· Set up Training Course program: update and develop training database suitable for different objects through market station counter sales, excellent shopping guide research and market survey;

· Market survey: competitor data collection, weekly update competitor analysis reports (Competitor Reports) and propose solutions;

· Training Planning: Organizes training activities, prepares cost planning, venue, area coverage. Coordinates with Area Sales Coordinators for Promoter training;

· Training implementation ：Conducts product training, soft skills and management skills for promoters, area sales coordinators, regional sales managers, dealers, corporate partners, and distributors, Output Training Report；

· Training quality and result acceptance: responsible for controlling the progress and quality of training projects and evaluating them from different dimensions;

· Optimization of training courses: follow up the application of the courses, collect feedback information, and gradually revise and improve the courses.

· Investigate different training objects and formulate appropriate training methods;

2.PS Management-Promoter Management

· Management program building: according to the company's development needs, establish a management program for promoters, staffs start from entry, transfer and resign period management improvement progress, so as to make the work more process-oriented, standardized and efficient;

· Recruitment: Based on the conclusion of excellent staffs(promoters) portrait, export personnel recruitment standards, recruitment process and promote,

· Optimization: Based on the company's requirements, organize and coordinate HR and sales teams to optimize unqualified personnel, and ensure the quantity and quality of the company’s staffs (promoters);

· Shopping guide management project planning and implementation;

· Conducts Store visits for promoter’s performance checking;

· Build a sense of team honor and belonging, regularly publish sales strategies, reward programs, product promotion materials, excellent shopping guide cases, etc. in the work group and social media;

3. Sales Management

• Assist leaders to formulate and decompose national assessment indicators and plans;
• Follow up the progress of various indicators, review and put forward constructive suggestions;
• Monthly sales incentive policy formulation and review;

4, product promotion management

· Product promotion project planning, landing and review (New Product Launches, Price Drops, marketing promotions and events execution);

· Conduct product competitiveness research and analysis from the consumer dimension (purchase-driven and objection), retailer dimension, competition dimension, and shopping guide dimension;

5, Team management

· Responsible for training team recruitment, training, assessment and management, to build an excellent team.

6. Other work

· Collaborate with HR team to complete the recruitment, training, evaluation and optimization of shopping guide;

· Refining product selling points and exporting POSM material content;

· Communicate regional training needs and direction with regional managers;

· Act as speaker/host during mall activations, product launches；

· Submits DAILY/WEEKLY / MONTHLY Reports

· Other duties as assigned by the department head
