We are looking for Native Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international consumer care project for a globally recognized brand in the FMCG industry. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer experiences and supporting consumers with product-related inquiries, order support, and general information requests.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team in Bucharest , working in a fast-paced environment where empathy, communication, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to consumers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
• Handle inquiries related to products, promotions, orders, deliveries, and loyalty campaigns
• Offer accurate information regarding consumer products and services
• Register and document customer interactions according to internal procedures
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Meet quality and productivity targets
