We are seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join our clinical team and support our growing patient base. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who values autonomy, flexibility, and a calm, professional environment focused on meaningful patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Treatment

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and functional evaluation
• Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans
• Provide naturopathic care including lifestyle counseling, supplementation, and preventative strategies
• Deliver treatments within your scope of practice, guided by clinical assessment and patient goals

Patient Communication & Education

• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, and long-term health strategies
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and expectations in a clear, patient-centered manner

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including charting, SOAP notes, and outcome tracking

Collaboration & Continuity of Care

• Collaborate with RMTs, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other practitioners to support integrated patient care

Professional Development & Standards

• Stay current with research, evolving naturopathic practices, and integrative care approaches
• Uphold regulatory standards, professional ethics, and appropriate patient boundaries

The ND We’re Looking For

Credentials & Professional Standards

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)
• Professional liability insurance

Clinical Skills & Patient Care

• Strong clinical reasoning and confidence in developing individualized care plans
• Skilled in patient communication, education, and long-term care planning
• Committed to delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care

Team & Work Style

• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail in both clinical care and documentation

Growth & Mindset

• Passionate about continuous learning and improving patient outcomes
• Open to collaboration and integrated care approaches

Not Required, But an Asset

• Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic setting
• Focus areas such as hormone health, stress management, digestive health, or preventative care
• Established or developing patient base

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is considered a strong asset

• Preferred schedule (days/hours)
• Areas of focus or specialization

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
