Nautical Bowls Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS

**must love NB :)

**must work both in store and at events in our community!

**must have a valid drivers license and reliable tranportation

**Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week. Schedule will vary each week and will include weekends

**Hourly position

Pay: roughly$20/hour your first 180 days, then $2+ after. Combo of hourly of $15-17/hour + tips, which average $5/hour across the year

Nautical Bowls is a healthy fast casual restaurant and mobile event business. We serve nutritious and delicious bowls, superfoods, and smoothies to guests in our store and at events in our local community.

Job Requirement (not necessarily a full list)

• must be comfortable assisting in the leadership of other hourly, part time employees

• must be able to work approx 30-40 hours/week

• must be 18+ and have your own reliable transportation

• must be comfortable working in a small, tightly knit team setting AND by yourself, up to your whole shift

• must LOVE people and be ENTHUSIASTIC

• must be coachable and have a "growth" mindset

• must be able and comfortable to drive within 30 min of the store for events in the communities around us

next 2-4 weeks

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
