What they need
- Project Management
- Coordinates with the vessel crew to verify and identify deck and engine job orders.
- Provides leadership and decisions that are well coordinated to the immediate head and ship owner.
- Plan and supervision the construction of vessels.
- Coordinates with the contractor side for the works to be done.
- Verification of work completion report provided by subcontractor.
- Conduct inspection and survey with surveyor
- Drawing and Design
- Supervise conduction of UTG and prepare the shell expansion plan for dry docking ships.
- Draft necessary plans needed for the company using AutoCad.
- Performs calculation and technical knowledge needed by the company.
- Prepare and design of drawing needed for ship building construction.
- Estimation of bill of materials needed for ship repair and ship building.
- Approval of drawing plans required by MARINA
- Reporting
- Report vessel status to the immediate head after conducting a vessel condition survey.
- Prepare condition reports of structural, mechanical, carpentry, navigational and electrical works..
- Report regularly to the immediate head and ship owner about the status of the vessels during repair.
- Organization
- Conduct surveys to evaluate the vessel conditions such as conditions of structural, mechanical, carpentry, navigational and electrical works.
- Review job orders given by the vessel crew officers and ensure that all works related to ship repair are informed to the ship owner.
- Designate and coordinate with in house contractors with the ship repair..
