We’re Hiring:

Naval Architect / Marine Structural Engineer – Gianyar, Bali

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop vessels tailored for safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort.
• Perform hull strength calculations and optimize structural design for weight, durability, and performance.
• Conduct stability and hydrodynamic analyses.
• Prepare technical drawings and calculations in line with ISO 12215 or equivalent standards.
• Evaluate and improve existing vessels for efficiency and safety.
• Focus on passenger vessels constructed entirely from fiberglass (FRP), ensuring compliance with composite material standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in vessel design or marine engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD and naval architecture analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations.
• Experience with stability calculations, hydrodynamic modeling, and structural analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Tourism or passenger vessel experience and knowledge of Indonesian maritime regulations.
