  • Maintain accurate records of material transactions, inventory status, and material movements across multiple Navy systems.

Warehouse Coordination

  • Manage the administrative requirements for warehouse movements (without conducting physical warehousing duties.)
  • Complete and submit warehouse movement worksheets to warehouse staff for execution.
  • Track warehouse requests from initiation through completion to ensure successful material movements.

Obsolescence Management

  • Track and report on Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) for assigned Gun Weapon System platforms.

  • Review and track Logistics Product Data, including but not limited to Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs).

Technical Data Management

  • Perform the functions of the Model Based Product Support (MBPS) Tech Data Manager for assigned weapon platforms.
  • Act in the Drawings Manager capacity to verify and upload technical drawings and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) into the MBPS system.

Training

  • Complete all required training and maintain active access to Department of War and Navy logistics systems, including but not limited to ICAPS, ILIT, MBPS, WebFLIS, Navy ERP, and Deckplate.

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience directly related to provisioning operations within the Department of War (DoW).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Desired

  • Prior U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or DoD logistics experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Naval Gun Weapon Systems (MK38, MK45, MK46, MK75, MK110, CIWS).
