New Business Development Supervisor- Subic

We are looking for a NBD Supervisor to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the development of new accounts. The role involves conducting market research, coordinating customer inquiries and project kick-offs, preparing quotations and reports, supporting marketing activities and events, and managing business documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate new project inquiries by organizing kick-off meetings and supporting quotation preparation.
• Assist with customer and vendor documentation.
• Prepare and maintain business records, including meeting minutes, weekly reports, PR/PO tracking, sales invoices, and other reports as required by management.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Division Manager to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/college degree in any business related courses (Engineering, Marketing, Business Management. etc.)
• Computer Literate (e.g. Microsoft Officer, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Good Decision making & keen to details.
• Resourceful and good flexibility with task and work
