Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Compliance function and regulatory governance.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage RBI inspections, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring and remediation.
• Identify and manage regulatory/compliance risks.
• Develop and strengthen compliance policies, frameworks and controls.
• Provide compliance advisory to business and senior management.
• Present key compliance matters and regulatory risks to the MD/Board.
• Manage senior stakeholders and lead the compliance team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Compliance experience, NBFCs.
• Mandatory experience in an RBI-classified Middle Layer NBFC (NBFC-ML).
• Strong hands-on RBI regulatory compliance experience.
• Exposure to RBI inspections and regulatory interactions.
• Strong MD/CEO/Board-level/CCO reporting experience.
• Smart, confident, articulate with strong decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.
