NC Programmer

NC, VTL & VMC NC Programming and Tool Management

• Modification of setups in turning, milling, boring, grinding, and drilling.

• Creation and modification of CNC programs, considering optimum machining processes and technologies for production, including data files, clamping, tools, and measuring equipment.

• Complete tools, clamping devices, geometry, and technology data.

• Standardization and optimization proposals based on economic aspects and, if necessary, implementation of improvements.

• Responsible for adjusting positions in outsourced and in-house parts.

• Creating and modifying task lists in Navision/SAP.

• Preparing HDC-S coupling and TB work plans in machining production.

• Programming CNC controls such as Siemens 840D, MillPlus, and Fanuc for existing machines.

• 2D and 3D CAD work for design.

Tool Design and Development Responsibilities

Responsible for developing or improving different types of tools to make the production process as efficient as possible.

This may include jigs, fixtures, clamps, or moulds to ensure that parts are consistently produced according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities also include the development of tools, fixtures, jigs, and new components, along with the design and improvement of tooling solutions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
