NCCCO Certified Crane Operator

This position is for an experienced operator with a current NCCCO TLL (Telescopic Boom Crane – Swing Cab) certification and Class A CDL. Our work includes commercial HVAC, construction, equipment setting, steel, and other crane and rigging projects throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate hydraulic mobile cranes in accordance with manufacturer requirements, load charts, lift plans, and company safety procedures
• Perform proper crane setup, including evaluating ground conditions, outrigger placement, crane configuration, and operating radius
• Read and understand load charts and lift plans
• Perform daily pre-trip, post-trip, and equipment inspections
• Drive cranes, trucks, and support equipment to and from jobsites as required
• Assist with crane mobilization, setup, teardown, rigging, and equipment movement
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, riggers, and other crew members throughout the job
• Maintain accurate job paperwork, inspection records, and time records
• Keep assigned equipment clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Assist with equipment, rigging, yard work, and other operational needs when not actively operating a crane
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers, coworkers, and other trades on the jobsite

Required Qualifications:

• Current NCCCO TLL – Telescopic Boom Crane, Swing Cab certification
• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT medical card
• Experience operating hydraulic mobile cranes
• Strong understanding of crane setup, load charts, rigging, and safe lifting practices
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet DOT and company drug and alcohol testing requirements
• Reliable attendance and ability to report to work on time
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a crew

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their equipment and their work, understands the responsibility that comes with operating a crane, and is willing to be part of the team both on and off the crane.

This is a full-time position. Work schedules vary based on customer and project requirements and may include early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekend work.

Work Location: Littleton, Colorado / jobsites throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
