NCD retail sales Manager

NCD Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for the distribution and sales of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to retail investors.

Purpose of the Role:

The role focuses on raising funds for NCD issuances by:

• Selling NCD products to retail customers
• Driving subscription volumes during public issues
• Managing relationships with branch teams, and channel partners
• Educating customers about NCD offerings, returns, risks, and tenure options

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve NCD mobilization and revenue targets
• Coordinate NCD launches across branches and sales channels
• Conduct investor awareness programs and product training
• Support Relationship Managers and Branch Managers in customer acquisition
• Monitor daily subscriptions and sales performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations, and internal bank guidelines
• Build relationships with brokers, independent financial advisors, and distributors

Typical Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM or graduate in Finance, Banking, or Marketing

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in retail banking, investments, wealth management, bonds, or capital market products

• Strong understanding of:

• NCDs

• Bonds

• Mutual funds

• Fixed-income products

• Investment advisory processes
