• Must possess an active PRC Nursing License with at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration.
• Must be a valid Philippine passport holder with at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration.
• Must be willing to work under a temporary work-from-home setup during the review period and transition to onsite work in any Shearwater Health office after taking the NCLEX examination.
• Must have at least one (1) year of bedside nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Other Required Documents:
• Copy of active PRC Nursing License
• Copy of School Records (TOR, RLE & Diploma)
• Active PH Passport (if expired, a renewal appointment must be presented)
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
