NCLEX Content Review Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Nursing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to serve as Training Specialists and NCLEX Content Review Specialists. The role involves reviewing AI-generated NCLEX-style test bank questions across multiple nursing disciplines, ensuring clinical accuracy, educational quality, and alignment with NCLEX standards and nursing competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review NCLEX-style questions and rationales for accuracy and clarity
• Validate clinical accuracy and appropriateness of content
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities
• Ensure alignment with NCLEX standards and nursing best practices
• Review competency mappings and provide recommendations
• Provide detailed review comments and suggested revisions
• Participate in subsequent review rounds if required
• Adhere to project timelines and quality expectations

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. RN license
• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Current or recent clinical nursing experience
• Strong familiarity with NCLEX test plans
• Experience teaching nursing courses or developing nursing education content
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to provide detailed feedback on assessments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or reviewing NCLEX preparation materials
• Experience creating/reviewing nursing test bank questions
• Prior work with educational publishers, curriculum developers, or EdTech organizations
• Familiarity with competency-based education frameworks
