- Lead platform upgrades, releases, and deployment activities.
- Optimize customer service workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the SME for all NCompass-related initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design review
