We are looking for candidates to support and assist our participants to create a fulfilling and meaningful life as a part of their community and in their home.
Successful candidates with equivalent to or holding Certificate III in Individual Support and Disability & Mental Health responsibilities include:
- Assist with maintaining and establishing links to the community
- Promoting independent decision making
- Work within the principles of person-centered approach
- Interface with other services working in the health sector
- Domestic activities, including assisting with personal hygene
- Transport participants to and from activities
- Encouraging health and wellbeing and active lifestyles
