NDIS Disability Support Worker: Randwick and St George

The roles
We’re looking for caring, reliable support workers for two participants:

• Randwick area: Female Teenager Participant.
• St George area: Older Female Participant.

What you’ll do

• Support participants with daily routines, personal care and community activities
• Build skills and independence through everyday activities
• Follow each participant’s support plan and behaviour support strategies
• Write clear shift notes after every shift

About you

• Patient, calm and genuinely kind
• Experience supporting people with disability
• Confident communicating with families and the wider support team
• Reliable and consistent, because our participants count on seeing the same person

Requirements

• A valid NSW Working With Children Check (we verify every check with the Office of the Children’s Guardian)
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Current First Aid and CPR
• A full driver’s licence and your own reliable, insured car
• Australian work rights
• The NDIS Worker Orientation and Induction Modules (free online), or willingness to complete it
