NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

You're already doing the work. You might as well keep more of what it pays.

Think about what you billed last month. Now think about what actually landed in your account. That gap? That's where Therapy Coalition comes in.

PBS Practitioners working through Therapy Coalition keep 70% of everything they bill - per hour, you're keeping over $177 per hour. If your current caseload runs to 20 billable hours a week - well, you do the maths. Same hours. Same skills. Better return.

Built for PBS Practitioners

Going independent sounds complicated - the compliance, the admin, the billing - and that's usually what keeps great clinicians in jobs they've outgrown. We handle all of it.

No hidden fees. No lock-in contracts. Your clients stay yours.

And you don't just get handed the keys and wished good luck. You get one-on-one coaching, marketing support to grow your referral base, access to a broad Allied Health and PBS network, and individual and group supervision built in. The infrastructure of a big organisation, without having to work inside one.

Is this for you?

You'll need a relevant tertiary qualification, a completed NDIS Suitability Assessment, and NDIS endorsement at Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level.

Please note: This is not an employment opportunity.
