About Us
At The Fig Trees, we are a dedicated, rapidly growing NDIS and Support at Home provider driven by a single purpose: to empower individuals with disability and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. We believe in genuine, person-centred care that honours participant choice, dignity, and autonomy. Our workplace culture is supportive, collaborative, and built on mutual respect. We actively invest in our team through ongoing professional development, structured mentoring, and clear career pathways, ensuring our staff feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes every day.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised, highly motivated NDIS Program - Administration professional to maintain structural excellence across our day-to-day operations in Pennington. Working alongside the Care Coordinator and Program Manager, you will serve as an operational anchor—managing complex rosters, reviewing worker timesheets, maintaining precise client files, and managing stakeholder enquiries. This role is ideal for a proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys solving operational puzzles to directly support high-quality care.

- Rostering & Operations: Coordinate complex staff rosters, fill vacant shifts efficiently, review worker timesheets, and assist with recruitment and onboarding administration.
- Client & Service Onboarding: Oversee participant intake administration, draft service agreements, and track client budgets and service utilisation.
- Compliance & Systems: Maintain accurate records in client management systems, process claims, support internal and external audits, and compile routine reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver professional customer service to participants, families, support workers, and external agencies.
- After-Hours Support: Participate in the rotating after-hours on-call roster to manage roster changes and emergency shift coverage.
Requirements
- Experience: Practical experience in administration, workforce rostering, or program coordination (preferably within disability, community, or healthcare services).
- Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence adapting to specialized client management software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Clearances & Checks: Current Australian Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, National Police Check, and full Australian working rights.
- Education: Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Community Services is highly desirable.
Pay: From $38.50 per hour
