Position Overview

We are recruiting casual NDIS Disability Support Workers to deliver home and community assistance across Adelaide’s Northern, Western, and Southern suburbs. This role offers flexible scheduling—choose from overnight stays, short visits, extended shifts, or weekend hours based on your schedule.

Core Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Daily Tasks: Assist with showering, grooming, toileting, household chores, and simple meal preparation.
• Community Engagement: Provide transport and guidance for personal errands, appointments, and community outings.
• Health & Safety: Administer medications, perform safe manual handling, and log accurate case notes via our online system.

Essential Criteria

• Cert III or IV in Individual Support / Disability / Community Services (or equivalent experience).
• Valid NDIS Screening Check, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR certs.
• Completion of NDIS online training modules (Worker Orientation, Safe Meals, Effective Communication).
• Driver's Licence, insured personal vehicle, manual handling certification, and smartphone access.

Pay: $36.08 – $44.76 per hour
