We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Manager to lead our Service Delivery team and oversee the assessment, planning, review and delivery of NDIS supports and services and the organisation's compliance obligations for providing high-quality, person-centred services.

This is a key leadership role for an experienced NDIS professional who can confidently lead people, manage service delivery operations and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.

  • SLES, behavioural support and restrictive practice administration
  • SIL accommodation and participant documentation
  • Rostering, allocations and administration
  • Staff leadership, supervision, performance and development
  • Risk, incident, complaints and feedback management
  • Compliance, internal reviews, audits and continuous improvement
  • Service delivery performance against Circle of Hope's strategic and operational objectives

You will work closely with participants, families, staff and external stakeholders to ensure services are safe, responsive, compliant and person-centred.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in NDIS, disability, community services, management or a similar role.
  • A Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Business Administration, Business Management or above, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS, NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators and Safeguarding Framework.
  • Knowledge and experience in Support Coordination and person-centred planning.
  • Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with people with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
  • High integrity, professionalism, initiative and attention to detail

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have:

✅ Current and valid NSW NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
✅ Current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)

✅ Right to work in Australia

The NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is a mandatory requirement for applicable risk-assessed and key personnel roles within registered NDIS providers and is required in accordance with NDIS worker screening legislation and regulatory requirements.

The NSW WWCC is also a mandatory Circle of Hope workforce safeguarding requirement for this position.

Applicants who do not meet the mandatory screening requirements will not be considered.

What We Offer

  • A key leadership position within a growing registered NDIS provider
  • The opportunity to lead and develop a dedicated team
  • A role where you can directly influence participant outcomes and service quality
  • Professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
  • A supportive and collaborative management environment
  • The opportunity to contribute to quality, compliance and continuous improvement

Employment Conditions

Employment will be in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009, National Employment Standards (NES) and, where applicable, the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS Award).

The applicable award classification will be determined based on the duties, responsibilities, qualifications and experience required for the position.
