Disability Support Coordinator (NDIS)

Location: Caringbah, NSW
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $35-$50 per hour + Super (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Coordinator to join our growing NDIS team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about participant-centred supports and ready to expand their leadership influence within a developing organisation.

You will coordinate NDIS supports, mentor staff, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to service growth and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review participant supports in line with approved NDIS plans
• Develop and monitor individualised, person-centred support plans
• Track budgets and service agreements
• Ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
• Support incident reporting and risk management processes
• Supervise and mentor Disability Support Workers
• Liaise with families, allied health professionals, Support Coordinators, and Plan Managers
• Contribute to service development and organisational growth initiatives

About You

✔ Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or related field
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience within the NDIS environment
✔ Strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013
✔ Knowledge of NDIS funding categories and compliance requirements
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
✔ Current Working With Children Check
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence
