The work

You’ll support people with disability with personal care, daily routines, medication assistance and community access, while following individual support plans and maintaining clear, accurate records.

We’re particularly keen to hear from workers with demonstrated experience in manual handling, behaviour support, enteral nutrition and PEG feeding, and seizure management.

You’ll bring

• A respectful, person-centred approach.
• Reliability, sound judgement and clear communication.
• Confidence supporting people’s choices, dignity and independence.
• A relevant qualification.
• At least 20 hours of availability per week, with flexibility across weekdays, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.

Shifts may also include active nights and public holidays. Tell us your availability and any restrictions when you apply.

What you’ll need

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Police Clearance.
• Driver’s licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Modules.
• The right to work in Australia.
• At least 20 hours of flexible availability
