  • Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.
  • Support the development and mentoring of emerging project management talent, helping to shape the future of our profession.
  • Champion excellence in project controls, commercial management, health, safety, quality and environmental performance.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in everything you do

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management, delivering successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership credentials, with the ability to inspire teams, provide clear direction and succeed in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound commercial judgement.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial management within major projects or programmes.
