NEED ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Core Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, intercompany accounts, and monthly bank statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare end-of-month and end-of-year financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process incoming trade invoices, track customer payments, and manage outgoing vendor disbursements.
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and lodge statutory tax filings (such as GST, BAS, PAYG, or corporate tax returns) in alignment with local legislation.
• Audit Support: Assemble documentation, coordinate with internal or external auditors, and resolve account discrepancies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management with financial modeling, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
