NEMT Driver

We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver** to join our team. As a NEMT driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transit.

**Responsibilities:**

• Safely transport patients to medical appointments and other necessary destinations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, offering support as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe trip for passengers.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including patient details and time logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
• Ensure timely arrival to scheduled appointments.

**Qualifications:**

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a NEMT driver or in a similar driving position preferred.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to lift and assist passengers, including those with mobility challenges.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Compassionate, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
