As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, managing deliveries, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks, courier vans, and other commercial driving equipment to complete deliveries across designated routes.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Follow planned routes accurately, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock movement, and maintaining organized loading areas.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, pickups, route logs, and delivery documentation for accountability and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong background in route driving and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for driver requirements; clean driving record preferred.
• Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy items safely during loading/unloading processes; physical stamina is essential.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and pallet jacks for efficient cargo handling.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and best practices for heavy lifting and moving goods.
