NEN Solution Engineering - Sr. Voice Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a NEN Solution Engineering - Sr. Voice Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead technical planning and execution for enterprise voice, video, and collaboration initiatives in a remote environment. You will coordinate engineering work across teams, validate solutions against operational requirements, and help ensure project readiness for complex communications deployments. The position also involves hands-on troubleshooting, integration, and technical guidance to support successful delivery and adoption.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,900 – $195,050 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution of VoIP and collaboration projects
• Coordinate engineering activities and track project deliverables across teams
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues affecting project readiness
• Analyze operational requirements and perform solutions validation
• Design and integrate enterprise voice and video solutions
• Support configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of VoIP systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 8-12 years of relevant experience, or 6-10 years with a master's degree
• Progressive engineering experience in VoIP, VTC, and unified communications
• Demonstrated project leadership in technical execution of complex initiatives
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to engineers
